I have been a sufferer for at least 40 years. on 1 jan 2011 I decided to give up alchohol completlyfor health and wieght issues. It is now the 3rd day of April 2011 and my psoriasis is going away quite quickly now. I noticed it began to clear about 3-4 weeks ago. each day it seems to be clearing noticably.
