Only the psoriasis comes back as soon as you stop applying it. I also use Dermasmooth (rx) for the scalp. A rather messy oil that requires you to sleep with a shower cap (twice a week application) bit it does work. Salex shampoo is my new prescription, it really does wonders for me.
